A DOCUMENT REPOSITORY SYSTEM BUILT TO ORGANIZE AND FILTER SCHOOL KPI FILES — NO MORE DIGGING THROUGH RANDOM GOOGLE DRIVE FOLDERS.

FREELANCE PROJECT 2026 · SAN QUINTIN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL · DOCUMENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Developed by Joshua Dela Cruz.

Overview

Built in 2026 as a freelance project for San Quintin National High School. The school needed a proper place to keep important files — KPI documents and other records — that were previously scattered across Google Drive in random, unlabeled folders. This system gives them a single repository where every file is tagged by category and school year on upload, so anyone looking for a specific KPI document can filter it down and grab it in seconds instead of digging through folders.

KEY FEATURES:

DASHBOARD OVERVIEW

REAL-TIME STATS ON EVERY DOCUMENT IN THE SYSTEM

Summary cards show total documents and storage used at a glance, backed by graphs that break everything down by KPI category and school year — so admins can see exactly what's piling up and where before they even open a folder.

DOCUMENT UPLOAD

TAG EVERY FILE WITH TITLE, SCHOOL YEAR, AND KPI CATEGORY

Uploading a file means giving it a title, assigning it to a school year, and tagging it under the correct KPI category before it ever hits storage. No more untitled scans buried three folders deep — everything is searchable from the moment it's uploaded.

USER MANAGEMENT

SIMPLE ACCESS CONTROL FOR WHO CAN MANAGE FILES

A straightforward user list keeps track of who has access to manage the repository — nothing over-engineered, just enough control to know who can upload, edit, or remove a file.
